Provision 1: Fair trade:

“Up to You” commits itself and controls to respecting the following principles regarding all the products sold on its website:

  • No employment of children under 14 years old.
  • Conformity to wage scales allowing employees to earn a minimum of US$1.50 per working day
  • A guarantee that the project will respect a global development programme promoting children’s education, vocational training, health care and social assistance
  • A guarantee to use only materials and manufacturing processes that conform to international legislation on environmental protection and human safety.
  • Provision 2: Legal competence:

    “Up to You” is an commercial organisation registered at ministry of commerce of Cambodia, also the commercial legislation of this country governs all the transactions with the organization.

    Provision 3: Currency:

    All the transactions done on this website are libelled in Euros.

    Provision 4: Order cancelling:

    The customer can cancel is order during 7days after he receives the order receipt. In case of cancelling during this delay, “Up to You” will give him a complete refund to the goods by banking transfer. If the customer cancels his order after this delay, all the goods will be invoiced.

    Provision 5: Order confirmation:

    In case of matter, the conformity of the goods will be controlled with the order confirmation. The customer will receive this document at least 7 days after his order. The confirmation will give also more information about delivery time and shipment (address, shipping company).

    Provision 6: Shipping and payment:

    The payment must be confirmed by the provider’s bank or the secure payment organization (Paypall) before any shipment.

    Provision 7: Exchange or refund:

    The good must be reshipping to “Up to You” shop in Phnom Penh – Cambodia before any exchange or refund. The purchaser must pay all the shipping costs. Any complaint has to be received at least 7 days after the reception of the goods.

    Provision 8: Property rights:

    In all cases, property rights are transferred on Cambodian territory, in consequence:

    • The responsibility of “ Up to you” cannot be engaged in case of lost or deterioration of the parcel.
    • In case of reselling, the purchaser must pay any customs duties or export taxes.
